Attention: please, check out sometimes your folder c:\windows\temp\
Some webcams may save there jpg-pictures, and that JPGs may become huge (till 1 Giga). If you watch the webcams from livejournal, it's OK, but if you'll open the image source, than there is that weird thing. So checkup the temp folder and delete every image.jpg and image-(number).jpg.
